後期の研究室ゼミは、卒論テーマに関連した英語文献を４年生に紹介してもらいます。今日は、３名の諸君が、発表してくれました。
Olfactory stimulation with scent of grapefruit oil affects autonomic nerves, lipolysis and appetite in rats（ラットにおける自律神経、脂肪分解、食欲に影響するグレープフルーツ精油の香りの嗅覚刺激について）という文献を紹介してくれました。
The effect of lemon fragrance on and psychophysiological parameters during task performance（レモンの香りが単純精神作業および心身に及ぼす効果）という文献を紹介してくれました。
Character impact odorants of high-heat skim milk powder isolated by simultaneous distillation-extraction（連続蒸留抽出により単離した高温加熱脱脂粉乳の特有香気成分）という文献を紹介してくれました。
