今日のゼミでは、４名の４年生諸君がそれぞれの卒業論文のテーマに関連する英語文献の紹介をしてくれました。
「Quantitative model studies on the formation of aroma-active aldehydes and acids by Strecker-type reactions」という文献を紹介してくれました。
「Angiotensin-I converting enzyme inhibitory peptides in a hydrolyzed chicken breast muscle extract」という文献を紹介してくれました。
「Taste preference and nerve response to 5’-inosine monophosphate are enhanced by glutathione in mice」という文献を紹介してくれました。
「Confusing tastes and smells: how odours can influence of perception of sweet and sour tastes」という文献を紹介してくれました。
ゼミの間、激しい雨が降っていましたが、ゼミが終わるころには虹が出ていました。
