今日も、研究室ゼミで、卒論テーマに関連する英語文献を紹介してもらいました。
今日のゼミの様子です。
「Effects of food deprivation on the hypothalamic feedingregulating peptides gene expressions in serotonin depleted rats」という文献を紹介する４年生の佐藤さんです。
「The effects of cooking process and meat inclusion on pet food flavor and texture characteristics」という文献を紹介する４年生の島崎さんです。
「PPAR alfa-ATGL pathway improves muscle mitochondrial metabolism: implication in aging」という文献を紹介する４年生の渡邉さんです。
「Impact of non-starter lactobacilli on release of peptides with ACE inhibitory and antioxidant activities during bovine milk fermentation」という文献を紹介する４年生の関口君です。
今日のゼミの進行役は、修士１年の渡辺君でした。
